Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow parts sales within an assigned geographic territory
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new accounts
  • Conduct regular in-person customer visits to understand customer operations and parts needs

Requirements

  • Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years of experience, or 6 years of experience in a related field.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
  • Preferred:
  • Outside or field sales experience, preferably in parts, automotive, fleet, heavy duty, or related industries
  • Experience selling truck, trailer, diesel, or fleet-related parts
  • Knowledge of dealership or fleet service operations
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage sales territory independently and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and mobile sales tools
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Drug Testing
