Who We Are Looking For:
3-5 years of F&I management experience, preferably in a luxury/high-line automotive environment (BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, etc.).
A proven track record of building, developing, and inspiring top-performing teams.
Excellent soft skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across departments.
A big-picture thinker who contributes to store culture, operations, and customer satisfaction-beyond just penciling deals.
Deep knowledge of compliance standards, lender processes, and deal structure in the automotive finance space.
