Marketing Intern

Responsibilities

• Campaign Delivery: Work with the team to plan, organize, and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and webinars.
• Data Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing delivery team to select and segment data, improving campaign targeting and effectiveness.
• Project Management: Use tools like Asana and Smartsheet to track and manage digital sales and marketing projects.
• Performance Analysis: Review campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement. Share actionable insights and recommendations based on data and KPIs.
• Problem Solving: Help resolve challenges in campaign delivery, working closely with clients to find solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Content Creation: Assist in developing marketing materials such as onboarding guides, templates, and visuals.
• Creative Input: Bring fresh ideas to enhance the impact of digital marketing campaigns.
• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools like Asana and Smartsheet is a bonus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to turn data into insights.
• Creative thinking and enthusiasm for digital marketing and sales operations.
• Experience: Previous internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or related fields is a plus.
