- Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$51,200.00 - $76,800.00

A Day in the Life Job Specific Summary At our Tempe Campus, you'll support mission-critical facilities that enable life-saving innovation and manufacturing. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician III, you'll play a key role in sustaining a safe, reliable, and inclusive work environment. This role is fully onsite in Tempe. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in a cleanroom and production facility Work within RODI Systems Troubleshoot complex systems and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams Respond to urgent building system alarms and prioritize work orders based on safety, production, and compliance needs Maintain and document equipment records using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Ensure all tasks comply with OSHA, Medtronic EHS standards, FDA regulations, and cGMP guidelines Support facilities projects including equipment upgrades, utility installs, and space reconfigurations Mentor and guide junior technicians as needed Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace First shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F) with flexibility to occasionally cover other shifts (2nd, 3rd and/or weekends) as needed.
