What you get to do: As Full Time Rides Supervisor at Sesame Place, you'll oversee Rides operations, staffing and training to ensure memorable and positive experiences for both our Guests and Ambassadors You will: Coordinate and implement all aspects of the company department trainings & certifications including Rides Policy & OJT Ensure compliance with all Sea World standards, policies, and procedures Work with the Rides Manager to monitor department hiring needs to ensure adequate staffing levels are met Partner with the scheduling team to maintain and edit schedules to meet business needs Complete ambassador in-park auditing for safety, guest service, and ensuring SOP compliance Lead and develop part-time Rides leadership Participate in Department and Park Duty Manager shifts Perform other duties as assigned What it takes to succeed: At least 18 years of age Must have at least two (2) years of Park Operations leadership experience A valid driver's license Ability to complete provided CPR/AED training/certification Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse cultures and backgrounds are a plus Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high aptitude for computer software systems A passion for customer service Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills Active listener with the ability to anticipate guests' needs Flexibility to perform varied duties What else is important: Be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
