We're looking for motivated professionals who bring:
3-5 years' experience in training coordination, learning and development, or workforce compliance roles
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or Defence environments
Familiarity with Defence training requirements and onboarding processes (advantageous)
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience maintaining training matrices and records to audit standard
Eligibility to make the grade

Currently hold a Cert IV In Training & Assessment Certificate
Current LF Forklift Lic required
Current Truck Lic up to MC required
Must be an Australian Citizen.
Be eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Defence Security Clearance (Baseline or higher).

Are you ready to apply your planning skills and knowledge to a role that directly supports Australia's Defence capability? At Toll Group, we are proud to be expanding our Government and Defence portfolio through the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract.
We're looking for skilled Training & Development Coordinator to help personnel meet mandatory training compliance and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to safely and effectively perform their duties nationwide.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience within the logistics, transport, or warehousing industry, along with a current Forklift Licence and Truck Licence (MC Licence preferred). Your practical industry knowledge will enable you to effectively deliver training, mentor employees, and support workforce capability development across the contract.
Based at Moorebank Military Area in Moorebank NSW, you'll act as a critical bridge supporting both onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring training records, identifying gaps, and working with managers to upskill teams in line with Defence and contractual obligations. Working closely with operational leaders, you will facilitate training initiatives, monitor competency requirements, maintain accurate training records, and contribute to continuous improvement programs that support operational excellence.
