The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and execution of various marketing initiatives that promote UBC Sauder's programs through digital and traditional channels - with an emphasis on email marketing and lead generation digital campaigns. Focusing on content creation, planning, and alignment with business goals, the Digital Marketing Specialist ensures the seamless delivery of campaigns and event promotions to target audiences - with the intent of helping to drive conversions, engagement, and brand visibility. Organizational Status The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager, works within the Marketing and Communications department, and collaborates with stakeholders across various business units to align email marketing, digital campaigns, and other marketing strategies with organizational objectives. Work Performed Digital Marketing Works with the Digital Marketing Manager to create digital marketing campaigns to support business unit goals and KPIs. Supports market research initiatives to understand the target audience, and identifies marketing and growth opportunities. Implements campaigns across various digital channels, like email, social media, paid advertising and search. Measures and analyzes campaigns' success using data and analytics tools. Facilitates stakeholder meetings and explains the campaign details to business unit partners with key performance metrics (KPIs). Email and Event Marketing Plans, manages and implements comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis. Coordinates email marketing initiatives in line with the overall marketing strategy to support program awareness, event promotion, and lead generation.
