Your role We are looking for a Reporting Intern to join our team. The Reporting Intern supports wealth-reporting activities by manually loading transactions and valuations, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation. The role collaborates with the Tech Team during data-integration phases with Addepar and contributes to building basic formulas and attributes. Core responsibilities include: Manual loading of transactions and valuations into Addepar, ensuring data accuracy and consistency with financial documentation Support reconciliation activities, including verification and balancing of uploaded data Collaborate with the Tech Team during the integration process between banks and Addepar (often lengthy, especially with banks not yet integrated) Enter historical transactions prior to a new client's connection and monitor/adjust online-bank transactions even in an integrated setup Support the creation of basic formulas and attributes in Addepar (no programming required) Key Requirements Outstanding academic background with a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines Previous experience in a fintech/technology-based environment or multi-family office, private bank, asset manager, or fund administrator is a plus Tech-savvy with a strong interest in exploring new technologies Tools specific to wealth management reporting is considered a plus Strong Excel skills Highly motivated and proactive, with a hands-on attitude Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail Effective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment Fluent in English Available for a 6-month internship starting in May At Heritage, we are proud to have a diverse team representing over 15 nationalities, with all communication conducted in English.
