Operate, set up, and maintain brazing equipment to ensure production meets quality specifications.
Troubleshoot setup-related issues, including adjusting system parameters and settings.
Perform model changeovers efficiently and accurately.
Collaborate with support departments to resolve production delays.
Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
Complete all required documentation and paperwork.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform quality checks, including first and last part inspections.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in automated machine setup or manufacturing preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
