The Maintenance Training Instructor works as part of a dedicated team delivering aircraft maintenance training on products manufactured by major OEMs. Responsibilities include developing, delivering, and maintaining multimedia and computer‑assisted courseware using your aviation maintenance experience, instructional skills, and computer proficiency. This customer‑facing position involves identifying and supporting customer needs, resolving a wide range of issues independently, and delivering aircraft systems training using various instructional aids such as multimedia presentations, aircraft components, and flight simulation tools. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods during instruction or demonstrations. Ability to lift, move, and carry training equipment or aircraft components up to 25-30 lbs (11-14 kg) . Ability to climb stairs and access training devices or aircraft areas as required. Ability to sit and work at a computer for prolonged periods while developing or updating training materials. Ability to travel globally up to 30% , which may include long flights and extended periods in classrooms or customer sites. Must have sufficient mobility, vision, and dexterity to operate training devices, classroom equipment, and relevant tools safely.
