[What you will be working on] Internal Communications Develop and support internal communications plans that strengthen staff engagement and alignment with TP's values, priorities and key initiatives. Work with internal stakeholders to translate organisational priorities, policies and achievements into clear, timely and audience-appropriate communications. Shape stories around TP's people, culture, achievements, milestones and organisational values. Provide communications counsel on messaging, tone, channels and stakeholder considerations. Develop and review content such as leadership messages, staff announcements, digital content and other staff-facing materials. Branding Serve as a brand custodian by ensuring a distinctive and coherent institutional identity that advances TP's reputation, positioning and stakeholder engagement objectives. Review brand applications across communication materials, platforms and channels, and recommend actions to strengthen consistency. These include corporate Identity guidelines, templates, logo lockups and brand assets for TP-wide use. Support brand campaigns and integrated communications initiatives that amplify TP's brand values, attributes and narratives. Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute branding campaigns aligned with TP's objectives and brand positioning. Conduct research and draw insights to support brand strategy, guideline development and performance improvement. [What we are looking for] Pre-requisites Relevant qualifications in Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Branding, Journalism, English, Business or related disciplines. At least 5 years' experience in corporate communications, internal communications, branding, public relations, marketing communications or related fields. Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages for different audiences and platforms. Good understanding of internal communications, employee engagement, brand strategy, brand identity, brand governance and stakeholder management. Experience in developing communications plans, branding campaigns and content across digital, print, corporate and internal channels. Strong interpersonal, advisory and project management skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and internal teams. Familiarity with the Singapore education landscape, public sector environment or polytechnic context will be advantageous.
