Job Address: 10123 Alliance Road, Suite 320 Blue Ash, OH 45242 Position Summary: The Quality and Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of programs, compliance with standards, and effective data and employee record management. This position supports organizational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, compliance activities, curriculum development, and coordination of critical processes. Possess strong skills in pediatric mental health treatment and maintains a working knowledge of HIPAA, Licensing, and CARF regulations. Job Duties: - Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance and quality data to support organizational goals and regulatory requirements. - Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of risk; recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions to improve outcomes and reduce organizational exposure. - Conduct regular chart audits to ensure accurate, complete, timely, and compliant documentation of client care. - Provide actionable feedback, coaching, and targeted training to program leadership and staff based on audit results, quality findings, and identified risks. - Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) activities, ensuring completion and monitoring of all quality and performance indicators. - Identify, assess, and manage clinical, operational, and compliance risks; develop mitigation strategies and track risk reduction efforts. - Manage program credentialing and re-credentialing processes, ensuring all licenses, certifications, and credentials remain current and compliant with regulatory and payer requirements. - Oversee license renewals, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance, including preparation for site visits, audits, and inspections. - Develop, review, and monitor the implementation of therapeutic and educational curricula to ensure alignment with client needs, evidence-based practices, and regulatory standards. - Ensure policies, procedures, and curricula support quality care delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. - Prepare comprehensive quality, compliance, and risk management reports to support leadership decision-making and regulatory submissions. - Maintain accurate, organized documentation to support quality initiatives, audits, licensing, accreditation, and risk management activities. - Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives, performance improvement, and risk reduction strategies. - Participate in required trainings and support staff onboarding, orientation, and ongoing education related to quality, compliance, and risk management. - Serve as a resource to leadership and staff on quality standards, documentation best practices, regulatory compliance, and risk prevention. - Ability to make decisions in an objective and ethical manner. - Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of Kids Thrive.
