You identify new opportunities within existing accounts such as new markets, product lines and regions and actively expand your pipeline. You build long term, trust based relationships with decision makers and OEM partners worldwide. Strengthen cross country alignment You optimize the key account structure across Europe and coordinate pricing, contracts and sales activities between regions. You ensure local sales teams align with global agreements and service levels. You act as the central point of contact for the customer's international organization. Own commercial performance You negotiate international contracts, supply agreements, pricing structures and rebate programs. You manage global RFQs and RFIs with focus and precision. You safeguard margins, price stability and profitability across markets. Lead OEM programs and projects You steer OEM development projects from concept to launch. You align engineering, R and D, product management, marketing and quality teams around shared milestones. You track validation processes and timelines to deliver on commitments. Connect internal stakeholders You collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management and Customer Service. You act as the escalation point when challenges arise and lead solution driven discussions. You keep customer satisfaction high and partnerships strong. Turn insight into action You monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments. You translate insights into sharp strategies and clear reporting for senior leadership. What you bring: At least 5 years of experience in international key account management or a senior sales role, ideally within automotive, industrial manufacturing or a related industry A proven track record of developing and implementing key account or OEM strategies that drive business growth A Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field A strong multicultural mindset and the ability to operate confidently across European markets Excellent analytical and conceptual problem solving skills The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and perform under pressure Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
