Position Summary : Supplier Execution Led The Supplier Execution Leader - is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of supply continuity for electronic and electrical components across multiple global sites. The position requires a high sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve complex supply chain issues through to full closure. The individual will work closely with, Suppliers, Center-Led Procurement, Engineering, Supplier Quality, and plant Materials teams to stabilize and improve the electronics supply base. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related function. Experience working with electronic/Electrical components. Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset Proven ability to own issues end-to-end and drive closure Strong sense of urgency and accountability Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on facts Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools Bilingual - English & Spanish PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Experience sourcing or managing electronic commodities (PCB, semiconductors, passives, connectors) Experience working with EMS providers Experience in global supply chain environments Prior experience in supplier escalation management or crisis resolution Knowledge of HVACR industry Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems Technical ability to read drawings/blueprints Familiarity with DDSC / Perfect Execution methodologies TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international) Key Success Factors Ownership mindset: takes full responsibility and follows through to completion Leadership under pressure: drives alignment during critical situations Strong execution discipline: turns chaos into structured action plans Collaboration: builds trust across global teams and functions Continuous improvement: identifies gaps and drives sustainable solutions Position Objective/DUTIES: This role serves as the primary owner of supplier escalations, execution discipline, and recovery actions, ensuring continuity of supply, preventing line-down situations, and improving supplier performance. AS A SUPPLIER EXECUTION LEAD YOU WILL: Supplier Issue Resolution (Escalation Leadership): Act as the first point of contact for critical supplier escalations (electronics, electrical components)- late deliveries, supply interruptions, capacity constraints, etc. Lead cross-functional war room efforts to resolve shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery issues, coordinating with Supplier Quality, Engineering, and the center-led procurement organization. Drive problem-solving to completion, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and follow-up actions. Develop and execute supplier recovery plans (capacity, expedites, alternate sourcing, air freight, etc.) Prevent and mitigate line-down risks through proactive monitoring and intervention. Drive On-Time Delivery & Expediting: Monitor supplier OTD performance and proactively manage expediting of critical materials and past-due orders. Partner with suppliers to develop and execute recovery plans aligned with manufacturing needs. Communicate risks clearly to plant materials teams and leadership, and take decisive actions to prevent line-down situations (e.g., identifying alternate sources with support from sourcing teams, coordinating premium freight when required). Electronics Supply Chain Focus (EMS & Components). Manage execution for key electronic commodities (PCBAs, semiconductors, passives, connectors). Support allocation management, EOL situations, and constrained market conditions. Cross-Functional Coordination. Work closely with the Sustaining, NPD Procurement and Engineering
