Leads the selection and management of contractors and vendors, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently, completed on time, and maintained within approved budget parameters.
Monitor project performance using systems to track budgets, schedules, and quality control standards.
Maintain organized and sustainable capital records, making warranty and pricing information easily accessible.
Coordinate each project's construction process, ensuring input from all key stakeholders (owner, manager, department heads) to optimize guest impact and long-term value.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in hotel sector construction - You should be a seasoned pro at managing renovation and new build projects in the hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of Hotel Brands - Understanding the specific needs of brands like Marriott, Hilton, and IHG ensures you'll meet their standards every time.
Proven track record of CAPEX project execution - You'll need to demonstrate a solid history of managing and completing capital improvement projects successfully.
Vendor insight - Your understanding of the vendor and contractor landscape in hospitality will help guide your decisions and keep projects on track.
Availability to travel up to 50% - This role requires regular travel to support projects across multiple locations.
