Responsibilities

- The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience in a Print Manufacturing or closely related environment with subject matter expertise in one of the key functional areas requiring SME support.
- Prior systems implementation experience is preferred.
- Training and documentation experience is required.

Job Summary The Direct Marketing Group (DMG) Business Unit is creating an Application and Process Support Team consisting of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The Application and Process Support Team is responsible for managing the standardization and migration from existing legacy Management Information Systems (MIS) solutions to Enterprise MIS solutions. SMEs will support the functional areas of Finance, Customer Service, Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Shop Floor Data Collection and Shipping/Receiving.
