Ensure a successful handover to the Account Management team by capturing client goals and providing a clear profile. Client Relationship & Problem Solving Build trust through empathetic and professional communication, actively listening to client needs. Proactively address client questions, concerns, and technical issues during onboarding, escalating complex problems when necessary. Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams to continuously improve the onboarding experience. Compliance, Risk & Administration Adhere strictly to company compliance, risk management, and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures during client qualification. Maintain impeccable and accurate records of all client interactions and onboarding documentation in the CRM. Prepare regular reports on onboarding metrics, conversion rates, and challenges.
