Description of Work The Museum of Art is looking for an enthusiastic Manager of Teen and College Programs to join our team! The Manager of Teen and College Programs collaborates with the Director of Outreach and Audience Engagement to implement dynamic year-round teen and college programming and to coordinate the Museum's intern program. This position develops meaningful programs and strengthens the Museum's relationships with teen and college students, as well as high school and college faculty. This position oversees the NCMA Teen Arts Council (TAC) including recruiting students, overseeing applications, and developing year-long syllabi. Special attention will be required as the Museum continues to grow the internship program in its capacity and diversity in an effort to encourage students into the Museum field. This position also manages the NCMA Student Gallery Guides program which trains students on a yearly basis on how to give tours of the Museum collection.
