Job Description Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition KRAs Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for a wide range of Tech/Non Tech(Ops /Delivery) /Support positions roles of varying levels. Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates. Additionally, will be working on hiring in Operation, Customer support etc. Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties. Find talent using tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, Referrals etc. Candidate Engagement and Management. Act as a representative and champion of the Alight brand Support in MIS and routine process related activities We're Looking for People Who Have Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience in Tech/Non- tech/Support Hiring. Graduate preferably MBA. Proven ability to efficiently fulfill both high volume and leadership roles for Tech/Non- tech/Support roles. A customer service focus, with the ability to influence and build strong internal and external relationships. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in the English. Very good sourcing skills, with a sound understanding of Boolean searches, LinkedIn & creative recruiting tactics. Ability to leverage data to continuously improve recruiting practices. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Stake Holder Engagement Problem Solving Willing to work 5 days from office. Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
