Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to Nalco's service team and scope of work execution on a day-to-day basis at our customer facilities
- Plan and conduct audits that review operations & maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and contract requirements
- Planning and scheduling of work, supervision of technicians, coordinating the purchase of chemicals, spare parts, maintenance, and repairs of equipment, and ensuring that all contract terms & conditions and guarantees are satisfactorily managed

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (1.5 years of business-to-business sales, technical experience, or Ecolab experience = 1 year of post-secondary education)
- Eight years of technical operations and water treatment experience
- Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role
- Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
- Five years of managerial or supervisory experience including multi-site operations
- Strong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies including RO, heating and cooling, physical and chemical processes, corrosion protection, and biological (anaerobic and aerobic) systems
- Territory/Location Information:
- This position will support two large sites based out of Fargo, ND & Rosemount, MN ( ~250-mi radius )
- Targeted accounts are within the Data Center market
- Occasional weekend and on-call work to cover emergencies during off hours
