What will you do Manage end-to-end recruitment, from role briefing and sourcing to interviewing, offers, and hiring closure Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and advise on sourcing strategies Write and post engaging job advertisements to attract top talent Proactively source and engage candidates through digital channels and professional networks Screen applications, conduct interviews, and support hiring managers throughout the selection process Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on interview and assessment best practices Act as a key liaison between candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring processes and tools Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities Collaborate with local and regional HR teams on recruitment-related initiatives when needed What experience and skills required 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with proven exposure to both agency and in-house environments Strong ability to assess complex and technical roles, leveraging analytical judgement to evaluate candidate capability and fit Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to partner with senior hiring managers Highly service-oriented, proactive, and consultative, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-driven organisation Experience with psychometric or personality assessment tools and external vendors is preferred Digitally proficient, with solid knowledge of modern recruitment platforms, HR systems, and data-driven hiring practices Location The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office located at KL Sentral which is a strategic work location with convenience travelling by Monorail, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line, MRT and KTM services as well as easy to get to go by public transportation.
