To support the Regional Director in day‑to‑day operations, coordination, and execution of agency‑related activities, enabling stronger regional performance and business growth. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Regional Support Provide daily administrative and operational support to the Regional Director . Assist in coordinating meetings, agency engagements, and regional activities . Track action items and ensure timely follow ‑ up on RD instructions . 2. Agency Operations & Coordination Support agency activities such as recruitment drives, onboarding, training, and activation programs . Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Agency Sales, Training, Operations, Compliance, Marketing) . Assist in preparation and consolidation of reports, summaries, and presentation materials . 3. Performance & Reporting Support Maintain trackers for recruitment, activation, productivity, and contest performance . Assist in data compilation and basic analysis for regional reporting . Follow up with agency leaders on submission of required documents or information . 4. Event & Activity Support Support planning and execution of regional meetings, training , and engagement activities . Assist with logistics, attendance tracking, and post ‑ event follow ‑ up . Coordinate communications and reminders to agency leaders and agents . 5. General Agency ‑ Related Matters Act as a coordination point for day ‑ to ‑ day agency queries . Support compliance and documentation follow ‑ ups where required . Ensure proper record ‑ keeping and process adherence .
