Own the Planning sessions review and account plan for each client within the portfolio
Build relationships for success and retention portfolio focus
Lead client retention by developing strategic business growth plans guided by new opportunities in the client's vertical market, and supplier and industry trends.
Create strategies and execute tactics to align with GBT business strategy and meet P&L goals (i.e. expansion, cross-selling, retention, profitability improvement, Technology solutions)
Design and deliver strategies to deliver on travel program spend, technology roadmap, and commercial contract negotiation
Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs, including reviewing company news, and proactively recommend adjustments for the business account plan
Use the Value Proposition to create interest for key contacts, open the door to new relationships within the organization, and continually reposition value with ongoing contacts.
Interpret T&E compliance and leakage reports, share with clients, and work with them to develop a compliance plan
Implement new business, including coordination with Travel Partner Network (TPN) offices
Lead client onboarding, product implementation, maintenance and training
Requirements
Proven experience in Client Management and business development
Travel industry knowledge
Expert problem solver
Spanish & English excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation
Financial foresight
Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Collaborative approach; able to work well with global teams
Skills in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite
Experience using the Challenger model
