Manage and deepen client relationships, delivering strategies across investments, pensions, tax planning, and estate structuring. Proactively grow your book through referrals, networking, and high-quality leads. Work collaboratively with a talented internal team including Business Development, Paraplanning, and Admin. Stay ahead of financial trends to ensure your clients receive the most up-to-date guidance. What You Bring Minimum 3 years' experience as a Financial Adviser/Wealth Adviser. Level 4 Diploma (required), Level 6/Chartered status (preferred). Experience working with high-net-worth and complex client needs. A proven track record of delivering outstanding advice and client outcomes. Ambition, integrity, and a desire to build something that's yours.
