Position Overview Role Title: Senior Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid / Office-based) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Language Requirements: Fluent written and verbal English and Arabic Key Responsibilities (Scope of Work) As a Senior Solution Architect, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging the gap between complex software capabilities and the strategic business goals of our enterprise clients and government partners. Technical Evaluation & Evangelism: Serve as an IT expert and technology (evangelist). Guide customers smoothly through their technical evaluation process by delivering high-quality architectural presentations, technical demonstrations, and interactive workshops. Enterprise Solution Design: Deeply analyze customers' functional, technical, and security requirements to architect robust, scalable, and secure solutions on the OutSystems platform. Commercial Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to craft high-impact proposals, RFPs, and RFIs that present compelling technical solutions aligned with customer needs. Architectural Alignment: Evaluate the customer's current IT ecosystem, legacy architectures, and cloud strategies to demonstrate the seamless integration and strategic value of OutSystems. Proof of Concept (PoC) Execution: Collaborate with internal Solution Delivery teams to execute successful, high-value Proofs of Concept that validate platform capabilities to key business and IT stakeholders. Partner Enablement: Work hand-in-hand with the Channel and Alliances team to develop and manage partner enablement programs. Provide technical training, architectural resources, and opportunity support to regional Systems Integrators (SIs) and alliance partners. Global Liaison: Serve as a reliable, primary technical liaison to ensure precise communication and mutual understanding between regional customers, partners, and global Product and Support engineering teams. Brand Advocacy & Public Relations: Represent OutSystems as a technical speaker at major industry events, tech summits, and developer community meetups. Review, proofread, and localize official technical announcements for the regional market. Qualifications & Requirements We are looking for a highly professional technical consultant who balances deep software engineering skills with exceptional communication capabilities. Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Senior Technical Consulting role within an enterprise software company. Core Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of modern web/mobile application development, database concepts, data modeling, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud architectures. Methodologies: Solid experience working with modern software engineering practices, preferably utilizing Agile development methodologies. Communication & Presentation: Outstanding communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear, value-driven business terms for both technical teams and non-technical business leaders. Market Insight: Deep insight into technical architectures, enterprise IT products, and modern software product positioning. Strong business acumen is highly valued. Adaptability: Flexibility to embrace and thrive in dynamic, non-traditional pre-sales activities in an expanding market.
