Additional Information
The Alenghat Lab at Cincinnati Children's is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to join our dynamic team investigating epithelial and immune cell homeostasis in the context of intestinal health and disease. Our research focuses on uncovering molecular mechanisms-including epigenomic pathways-that regulate host-microbiota interactions and influence innate immunity and chronic conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease. We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in immunology and mouse models, including transgenic techniques and flow cytometry, to support our efforts in advancing translational insights into intestinal immune regulation.
