Further information can be found at www.st.com YOUR ROLE Take full ownership of advanced deposition systems like Novellus Altus and Centura CVD WXZ Improve equipment uptime, reliability and throughput Diagnose and resolve fault across vacuum, RF, gas delivery and temperature control Identify root cause using SPC charts and fault analysis Work closely with process engineers in film deposition quality, thickness uniformity and defect reduction Identify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions Drive projects to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience as an Equipment Engineer in PVD module Strong understanding of Chemical Vapor Deposition WXZ, WWEB process, Vacuum systems and pumps Experience working in Novellus Altus, Centura tools
