Responsibilities
- Manage Relationships: Handle both internal and external account relationships with finesse.
- Communicate Effectively: Ensure all client requirements and performance metrics are clear, met, and aligned across the team.
- Empower Your Team: Coach, develop, and create a cohesive team environment.
- Champion Our Model: Lead our LDM operating model and ensure team engagement and objectives are achieved.
- Set Success Criteria: Establish and deliver criteria for achieving business goals and objectives.
- Track Performance: Document and analyze key performance indicators, goals, and profitability.
- Develop Staff: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff, providing educational opportunities, and conducting performance appraisals.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Resolve Issues: Work directly with in-person and remote team members to meet expectations and resolve service issues.

- Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Minimum
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field of auction operations, vehicle inspections or vehicle cosmetic repairs; or BA/BS and 3 years' experience; or MS and 1 year experience; or Ph D and up to 1 year experience.

- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in highly matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated track record of assessing, developing, and empowering talent
