Interpret all regulatory standard requirements, and develop and implement EHS programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and/or state and local regulatory and company requirements. You will lead and audit the execution of these programs and record keep to ensure compliance.
Lead efficient and effective EHS programs to ensure the design, construction and operation of safe facilities to lower risk and reduce hazard potential across all locations, driving a culture and commitment to EHS consistently across Cornerstone locations.
Oversee a team of safety specialists, and your team will partner with site and company leadership, legal counsel, HR, and insurance providers.
Implement the company's EHS metrics, KPI's and means of measurement. Analyze data for trends and identify areas of opportunity. Measure performance against published requirements and report results on a regular basis.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of experience in EHS program management with emphasis on program development, reducing injuries, and driving safety culture.
Basic experience/knowledge with LEAN principles, process improvement, and change management.
Experience leading and influencing people.
Availability to travel 10%

Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH distribution center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
