Job Description
Position Overview:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue and developing new business opportunities. W ill be responsible for selling products within our Kidney Stone Management Portfolio. Products include our Aptra devices, ureteral stents (Inlay optima) laser generators, among others.
Territory: The territory comprises NYC, and any of the boroughs and NJ, including Morristown, Newark, and Elizabeth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive sales revenue to exceed priorities and revenue targets.
Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships with key accounts.
Perform product demonstrations, customer education and in-service as required.
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual revenue target plans.
Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners as requested.
Present sales modules, presentations/workshops, overall sales training curriculum at new hire training classes and sales meetings as requested.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum BA/BS and three years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
Demonstrated customer service, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD's auto safety standards.
Ability to travel 50-60%
