Requirements

• experience working with large-scale event bus platforms,
• practical experience with auditability and data governance concepts,
• familiarity with observability and incident analysis tools,
• experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
• interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.

You will be: designing and developing infrastructure solutions based on GCP Pub/Sub, building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable event-driven environments, supporting schema management and data contract implementation across teams, ensuring reliability, auditability, and maintainability of event-driven systems, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting production environments, collaborating with teams to improve platform stability and operational processes. Your profile: hands-on experience with GCP, especially Pub/Sub, experience working with event-driven architectures and distributed systems, understanding of IAM concepts and messaging patterns such as retries and dead-letter queues/topics, familiarity with monitoring and observability practices, experience with data contracts, Avro, or schema registry solutions, ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership, while collaborating effectively in international environments, practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery, good communication skills, good command of English (min. B2). Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
