Join a Growing Leader in a Strategic Priority Market Plexus is seeking a results-driven Business Development expert with a hunter mentality and a deep background in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Aftermarket Services (SRV). At Plexus, Aftermarket Services is a strategic priority experiencing significant growth; we are looking for a high-caliber individual contributor to act as the primary architect for our market expansion in Europe. Purpose Statement Responsible for identifying and securing revenue in support of Plexus growth goals. You will develop plans to sell solutions to business development targets based on SRV insights, serving as the direct link from SRV to sector or regional accounts. You will utilize strategic selling techniques to gain business from assigned target accounts that fit the Plexus customer profile. Key Job Accountabilities Identify & Validate: Prospect and cold-call select targets to qualify accounts and find profitable business opportunities that fit the Plexus strategy. Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of current and potential customers, including their products, funding, and future manufacturing strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Plexus engineering and manufacturing teams to translate customer needs into end-to-end solutions across our entire Product Realization Value Chain.
