Job Description The Position The Technical Product Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders across local, regional, and global levels to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical and functional requirements for enterprise digital solutions. This role plays an important part in bridging business and technology, supporting the delivery of scalable digital products through strong analytical thinking and a growing technical understanding. The Technical Product Analyst contributes to product development by working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The role offers an opportunity to work with emerging AI and agentic tools to enhance productivity in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation and Quality Assurance. Prior hands-on experience with such tools is not required; however, curiosity and willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies is essential. A key expectation is the ability to gradually build a working understanding of how systems operate-including data flows, integrations, and core solution components-sufficient to support effective requirement definition and collaboration with technical teams. We are looking for an early-career professional with foundational experience in business analysis or IT, strong problem-solving skills, and a motivation to grow within a global, matrixed organization. What will you do? Support requirements gathering activities with business stakeholders, helping translate business needs into clear and structured functional and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, architecture) to refine and validate solution approaches. Help business teams and end users with adoption of global technical solutions, build strong network and actively communicate news, feedback and pain points. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning, supporting ongoing product delivery. Assist in ensuring that requirements align with enterprise standards, including security, compliance, and architecture guidelines. Use AI-powered tools and other technologies to support documentation, analysis, and knowledge management activities. Support development teams by clarifying requirements and helping resolve questions during the delivery lifecycle. Work with data and analytics tools to support validation of requirements and business insights where applicable. Provide support to QA teams during testing phases and collaborate on Quality Assurance outcomes. Build understanding of system behavior, integrations, and data flows over time to better support solution design. Stay curious and proactively learn about new technologies, tools, and industry trends. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required Initial experience in business analysis, IT, or related field, with exposure to requirements gathering and solution delivery. Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies including Quality Assurance and testing processes. Awareness or interest in AI tools, automation, APIs, or scripting. Foundational knowledge of enterprise systems or digital solutions. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and understand how systems function. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders. A bility to work in a global, matrixed environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficient English, both written and spoken.
