The Department of Pharmacy and Health System Sciences in the School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences in the Bouve College of Health Sciences has a dynamic group of faculty and staff supporting the Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum teaching, service and research endeavors of the unit. Additionally the department is the home of the Pharmacy Industry Fellowship program, a robust collaborative partnership of multiple biopharmaceutical industry companies working together to train healthcare professionals for careers in the industry. The Department of Pharmacy and Health System Sciences is seeking an Open Rank, Visiting Clinical Professor (52 week appointment) to support their pharmaceutical industry fellowship program. This position offers a unique opportunity to bring pharmaceutical industry experience to an academic setting as an Assistant/Associate/Full Visiting Professor with expertise in Pharmaceutical Industry. The visiting professor will have the opportunity to teach in the area of pharmaceutical industry, and translate their experience for students into the classroom. Additionally the position will work within the pharmaceutical industry fellowship training program to support the outcomes and goals of the program. This position is funded by a grant from an outside source and the duration of the appointment is contingent upon availability of funding from the grant. Area of Specialty: Preferred areas of Pharmaceutical Industry experience include but not limited to medical affairs, medical science liaison, medical strategy, clinical scientist, pharmacovigilance, HEOR, regulatory affairs, medical education in a US or Global setting.
