Job Summary This role is responsible to for facility maintenance. PASADENA, TEXAS, USA

Responsibilities

• Complete routine facility maintenance and repair tasks
• Keep common areas clean and presentable that align with safety and operational standards
• Ability to operate forklifts and overhead crane
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle non-routine tasks
• Familiarity with facility systems and tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical Demands
• While performing duties of this job, would occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
