Responsibilities
- In this role your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Performing research on industries and businesses in Pan-Asia region, with a focus on the Japan market, in order to source and identify the most relevant individuals/experts (C-level executives and practitioners working at the heart of their industries) to take part in moderated interviews
- Engaging these individuals/experts to invite them to participate in our research, while assessing and ensuring that their insights are relevant and their fees are within budget
- Building a professional network and monitoring the relevant markets/companies in the assigned sector areas according to Library content coverage strategies
- Working in tight deadlines and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders across different global offices
Requirements
- A real interest in financial markets and the alternative investments space
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with C-level industry experts on the phone
- Demonstrable skills in carrying out phone-based and desktop research with a logical and focused approach
- Self-motivated; a resourceful nature, with a diligent and proactive approach to their work
- The ability to work well within a team, in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Positive and can-do attitude are essential
- The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and reach assigned KPIs
- Obtained a score of >3.0 GPA if you're a fresh graduate
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese
- Bachelor degree or above
- Prior work/internship experience (0-2 years) is a must; the level of experience may vary, but what matters is your curiosity, drive and ambition
- Immediate availability is desirable
