About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Telecalling Intern to join the Business Development team at Instawork . In this role, you will connect with local businesses, introduce them to Instawork's platform, and support them through the onboarding journey. Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective business leads
  • Introduce Instawork's platform and explain its value proposition to business owners and decision-makers
  • Guide potential partners through the onboarding process and help them get started on the platform
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Achieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining quality interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to hand over qualified leads for further engagement
  • Share market feedback, lead quality insights, and common objections to improve outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and English ( Hindi is a plus )
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior calling or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Earn upto โ‚น50,000 per month.
