Manage the Sky TV c reative strategy , a cross all routes to market , ( TV, radio, social, online, retail) driving innovative creative solutions & delivering campaigns that increase engagemen t and support driving sales for Sky .
Lead the creative delivery of Sky TV marketing campaigns ( Triple Play, Sky Stream & Sky Glass ) across brand and trading comms , with creative excellence.
Responsible for writing creative briefs, managing creative process end to end with creative agencies through to campaign implementation , internal approvals and delivery .
Develop strong relationships with our creative agencies and UK marketing teams , working collaboratively as extended part of the team.
Responsible for day-to-day management of campaign deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on brief, time and within budget.
Cross collaboration with other internal departments - legal, PR , Insights. Support the commercial team to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
Work collaboratively with other marketing managers within the team to ensure brand and tonal consistency remains across all Sky campaigns.
Requirements
Extensive marketing experience either client or agency side , ideally a passion for brand and direct response marketing and proven ability to analysis insights, brief creative agencies, manage creative process end to end to deliver ATL campaigns.
Be a collaborative, highly creative person , with strong creative eye & who has a passion for campaigns.
E xperience working in a fast-paced tea m , with business and commercial acumen.
Excellent communicator with impeccable attention to detail , alongside being highly organised to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong stakeholder management skills. You'll be working with internal and external agencies as well as cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders , so the ability to build and maintain relationships, confidently manage upwards, negotiate and provide clear feedback is crucial.
