Labortechniker QC 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical methods in QC biochemistry in compliance with GMP and safety regulations, with a focus on ELISA and qPCR.
• Independently carry out routine analyses and actively contribute to method implementation, validation and transfer activities.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, including thorough documentation of results and preparation of standard operating procedures.
• Support daily laboratory operations, including responsibility for equipment, maintenance and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
• Your profile:
• Completed trainings as a laboratory technician (chemistry or biology) or an equivalent qualification.
• Solid background in biochemistry, ideally with hands-on experience in ELISA and qPCR.
• Initial experience in quality control (QC) and familiarity with GMP environments is an advantage.
• Independent, structured and detail-oriented working style with strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactive, motivated and committed to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
• Fluent English language skills, German is a plus.
