主要职责 Major role and responsibilities: 区域安全和5S Safety and 5S in area 按生产计划保质保量地生产 Produce qualified product efficiently according to production plan 操作严格遵守工作指导书和管理体系程序 Operate strictly following up the work instructions and procedure of management system 确保进入碎浆机的浆包无铁丝等金属 Ensure the bale entered the pulper without wire and other metal 生产过程中异常事项及时记录及汇报给轮班值班长 Report and record any non-conformity to shift supervisor 独立并且及时地处理生产中出现的简单问题 Dealing with the production problems in time and independently 及时向值班长汇报产品和设备遇到的问题和潜在风险 Report the observed problems and potential risks of product and machine to shift supervisor in time 按生产要求作好生产和现场巡检记录 To make a good record of production and on-site inspection according to the requirements of production 协助维修人员处理设备机械，电气和自动化方面的异常 Assist maintenance people to deal with the mechanical, electrical and automation problems of the machine 执行操作员维修及操作员检测相关任务 The related tasks of Operator Maintenance and Operator Lab 完成值班长安排的其他工作 Other works are arranged by the shift supervisor 岗位要求 Job Requirements: 学历及专业要求：中专/中技/高中及以上学历，机械，电气以及自动化专业优先 Education requirement: Vocational/High school or equivalent and above, mechanical, electrical and automation education background is an advantage 语言：流利的普通话，优先考虑有英语技能 Language: Fluent in Mandarin. English skill is a plus 能倒班 Work on shift 责任心强,吃苦耐劳，积极主动 Have strong responsibility, Can work hard and be proactive 愿意学习和接受挑战 Willing to learn and take the challenges 良好的安全习惯 Good track of safety 团队合作 Cooperative, team player
