$16.80 - $25.20

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Everything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA's windows and doors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Effectively prepares the jobsite for set up and tear down to assure work can be performed in an efficient and safe manner and the worksite is left clean
- Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work and address hazards, as needed - Consistently maintain productivity expectations
- Collaborate with other installers on the project throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies
- Assist in delivering homeowner delight
- Assures jobsite safety practices and procedures are followed at the jobsite, including but not limited to, PPE, fall protection, power tool use, and proper lifting requirements
- Ability to pull tools, inspect, and stage of all product types on the job, as needed - Complete a daily tool audit
- Set up and tear down tarps, runners, plastic, etc. (i.e., floor and furniture protections)
- Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality - Other duties as assigned
- General warehouse support
- Provide support for minor service calls as needed
