The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized, thorough, and comfortable balancing lead follow up with administrative responsibilities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a sales oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Monthly Compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Assist with converting leads into retained clients - Assist with additional administrative and intake related tasks as assigned - Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for prospective clients - Coordinate with team members regarding client needs and intake updates - Track and manage lead activity to ensure consistent follow up - Respond to inquiries professionally through phone, email, and other communication channels - Maintain accurate records and client information within the CRM - Follow up with leads and prospective clients in a timely manner - Utilize Clio and other software platforms to manage workflows and client information - Support the firm's existing Intake Specialist with daily intake activities - Conduct intake conversations with prospective clients and gather relevant information - Ensure all communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with firm standards
