Lead regional digital roadmap in partnership with global teams
AI & Global Transformation Initiatives
Drive adoption of AI-powered marketing use cases and digital orchestration programs across APAC
Lead high-impact global-to-APAC transformation projects
Ensure regional readiness for personalization and intelligent automation at scale
Digital Platforms Leadership
Oversee APAC digital platforms strategy and governance
Manage and optimize core martech tools (Analytics, personalization platforms)
Partner with global platform teams to ensure scalable, future-ready solutions.
Customer Journey & Analytics
Lead customer journey analytics to identify optimization opportunities across the funnel.
Translate complex data into strategic insights tied to pipeline and revenue.
Define and align KPIs across global and regional stakeholders.
Stakeholder & Field Enablement
Act as strategic advisor to APAC field marketing teams.
Build credibility and alignment across Global, APAC, and in-market teams
Drive adoption of best practices, governance and new digital capabilities.
Requirements
8 - 12+ years in digital strategy & execution, marketing technology, or digital transformation.
Strong experience in omnichannel marketing and digital platforms.
Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed global organizations.
Deep understanding of martech stacks and customer journey analytics.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
