Additional Information

The Client Compliance team at IQ‑EQ Jersey plays a critical role in supporting our supervised clients to meet their regulatory obligations. We work collaboratively, share expertise, and strive for excellence in delivering high‑quality compliance services across a diverse client base. You will support the Client Compliance Lead in the delivery of the client compliance programme for supervised clients of IQ-EQ in Jersey. You will lead and contribute to initiatives that ensure high-quality and consistent delivery of the client compliance service offering across the Jersey cluster. You will also act as Money Laundering Compliance Officer ("MLCO") for supervised clients within the Private and Institutional Asset Owners segment (and other segments as agreed from time to time), and fulfil all responsibilities associated with this "key person" role.
