Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned territory, providing financial leadership and guidance aligned with strategic goals.
Interpret financial results, forecasts, and KPIs, translating them into business-relevant insights and recommendations.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes by working closely with FP&A, ensuring business plans are realistic and value-driven.
Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
Contribute to business cases, investments, and transformation programs through financial evaluation and risk assessment.
Act as a liaison between finance (FP&A, GBSS) and business teams, ensuring alignment between actual performance and forward-looking plans.
Stakeholder Interaction
Business Unit heads and operational leaders as trusted financial advisors.
FP&A and GBSS to ensure coherent planning, reporting, and performance Management.
Requirements
Strong business acumen with sold grounding in financial analysis and performance management.
Proven ability to influence, challenge, and support senior stakeholders (including C-level).
Experience of operating in a complex IT international organization
Solid people management experience (minimum 5 years)
Experience operating for multiple countries (ideally with France and Luxembourg)
