We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our Rural Sales team in Launceston on a full-time, permanent basis starting early August 2026. This is a varied role that will see you supporting our sales team preparing marketing materials, assisting in the sales process and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Providing administrative support to the Rural Sales Team throughout the end-to-end sales process
Preparing marketing materials
Database management
General administrative support
About you
To succeed at Elders, you will have:
Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
Experience in preparing print media (desirable but not essential)
Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
A passion to build a career in the Real Estate industry
