Core Responsibilities Identify and recruit high-impact affiliates, influencers, and community leaders within the crypto and fintech sectors to promote our software suite. Design and implement competitive commission structures and incentive programs that drive long-term partner loyalty and performance. Manage the end-to-end affiliate lifecycle, providing partners with the necessary marketing assets, technical support, and product education. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, using data to optimize conversion rates and identify high-potential growth opportunities. Act as the primary point of communication for the network, ensuring all affiliates are aligned with brand guidelines and up to date on product releases.
