Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to for compensation in Dayforce
  • Configure cycles, maintain data integrity, and improve how everything flows
  • Look for ways to automate, simplify, and reduce manual work
  • Being a True Business Partner
  • Support HRBPs and leaders with clear, practical guidance on compensation decisions
  • Help navigate offers, promotions, and off-cycle adjustments
  • Turn complex compensation concepts into simple, actionable advice
  • Continuously Improving How We Work
  • Streamline processes, reduce friction, and improve how compensation gets delivered
  • Build better tools, better reporting, and better ways of working
  • Help shape a compensation function that scales with the business
  • Who We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of compensation experience (Canada + U.S.).
  • Experience working in complex, multi-entity environments.
  • Strong foundation in job evaluation, pay equity, and program design.
  • Proven ability to run annual compensation cycles.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills (you're comfortable in the data).
  • Dayforce experience is a strong asset.
  • CCP, GRP, or similar designation is a bonus.
