DeFi Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable DeFi protocols.
• Conduct market research to propose new projects.
• Build smart contracts, deploy, and setup backend systems to collect data and monitor performance.
• Active use of AI: we use Claude and other AI tools.
• Must know what's the latest on CT. Must know what the latest developments are in the other ecosystems, who's working on what.

Requirements

• Experience writing smart contracts.
• Experience with HFT/MM.
• Understands how markets work, how flows work.
• Actively engaged in DeFi trading and following DeFi trends/ news.
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
