Architect & Build - Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs and intuitive frontend interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, NodeJS, and MongoDB
Product partnership - Engage with PMs and Designers from ideation through delivery: scoping feasibility, identifying edge cases, decomposing large initiatives into deliverable milestones, and offering technical input that strengthens product decisions early
Technical Leadership - Set best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system design. Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews
AI & Innovation - Champion new technologies and approaches to improve our product and engineering process, leveraging AI and other tools
Requirements
